I do not like the sanitized world. I feel bad in Austria, Switzerland and some time in Germany. I find it suspicious like I was in a prison-size in a large panopticon. I remember the relief I felt at the border crossing Austria / Hungary, a sort of welcome among the living.
But I'm pretty stingy on my physical and mental hygiene. I just figured out why. Just do it in my head: H = hygiene = Autonomy. Funk dependent and suffer a system.
I remember waking up from an operation, internal and external cohort of entering my room ds. The chief told the group: "This is the rectum (translation: tumor." They approached my bed, I continued to watch TV, by ignoring them. After a while, I said "Hello, my name is ....." and I have reached out to greet them. I saw their discomfort but they have responded to my hello.
must be healthy in this world, I tell you.
ps: hygiene does not guarantee still healthy, it must also swim in viruses and bacteria and other nasties to s'autovacciner and then you must eat well.
but I think the best way to be healthy is to be happy
